So this is maybe a bit hypercritical—the menu when it first opened was so much better than the new one. Like a great tiki drink, a great tiki bar menu has a balance of sweet, sour, and strong, and Undertow was killing it. Now all the original drinks are super sweet. I guess I’ll stick to the classics until the next menu change. Just to be clear, this doesn’t mean I’ll be going any less. Undertow is still awesome.
