The cross-vaulted ceiling and floor-to-ceiling wine racks set the scene at this wine-forward restaurant inside a central Munich hotel. The kitchen leans into regional and Mediterranean cooking, and the list of around 800 bottles, heavy on German, French, and Austrian labels, is clearly the point. A cozy, rustically styled room that takes wine more seriously than its relaxed atmosphere might suggest.
