Voraz
Mexican
A former auto shop in Roma Sur now runs on achiote-seasoned pig ears, oyster gorditas, and savoury churros. Voraz calls itself a gastro-cantina, which means the menu ranges wide, the room runs loud, and the chef, a NOMA and Fäviken alumnus, describes the whole experience as "delicious but organised chaos." Condé Nast Traveler named it among the best new restaurants in the world in 2024. Come ready to talk to strangers.
