Výčep
Czech Eastern European
Langoš topped with sheep's bryndza cheese and smoked cracklings from the house smokehouse is a pretty good argument for sitting down at one of the long wooden benches here. This is a loud, unpretentious Czech pub that takes traditional inn cooking seriously, and the Bib Gourmand crowd fills it accordingly. The větrník, a choux pastry with caramel and vanilla cream, is the dessert to order. Beer or wine both fit.
