The team behind the beloved Lord Stanley closed that chapter and opened this Dogpatch tasting menu restaurant, which lands in a more serious register. The multicourse menu pulls from California, Nordic, Japanese, and French traditions without feeling like a mood board, and the sauces in particular have a precision that earns attention. Carrie runs the floor with the same warmth the couple brought to their previous place. Fine dining prices, full commitment expected.
