    Each of the 54 suites has a teak-furnished terrace facing the Sea of Cortés, which sets the tone for this boutique resort sitting roughly halfway between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. The hacienda-style rooms lean into dark wood beams and marble bathrooms with rain showers, while the spa adds an oceanfront cabana and five treatment rooms. An on-site organic garden supplies three restaurants, so midnight ceviche is never far away.
