This bar inside the Landmark does the expected glamorous-hotel-lobby thing, but whoever is running the drinks program has a strange and specific imagination. Carnivorous flora aside, the menu leans tropical and polished, the kind of place where the ice is always right and the bill arrives without ceremony.
