State Park is a wood-paneled basement bar that treats a flea-market aesthetic and a craft cocktail list as perfectly compatible. A Miller High Life and a smoky mezcal-amaro drink share the same menu without anyone flinching, and the pimento cheese dip and chicken katsu sandwich keep the food from being an afterthought.
