A pink Florentine villa tucked between Nice and Monaco, La Réserve de Beaulieu holds a Michelin Key and has been around forever, doing the French Riviera grand-hotel thing with 39 rooms and no apparent intention of apologizing for the chandeliers. Belle Époque bones survive intact alongside marble bathrooms and a La Prairie spa. The Mediterranean-view rooms with private terraces make the upgrade conversation very short.
