The Watzmann massif fills your balcony view every morning at this Berchtesgaden hotel, which rose from the bones of an old luxury property and landed somewhere more interesting. Shared long tables and a beer garden with live music sit alongside a natural pool and blonde-wood rooms that feel like a clean breath of alpine air. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key. Romantics, hikers, and eco-tourists all seem to find their way here.
