Ryukyu Japanese Cocktail Bar
A cocktail bar named for the old Portuguese and Spanish word for the Ryukyu Kingdom, which sets the tone immediately. The room fuses Okinawan and Latin American aesthetics, and the drinks follow the same logic, split between Ryukyu-inspired riffs on classics built around local ingredients and the other direction entirely.
