Samgyetang is the dish Koreans reach for when they need putting back together, and this Seocho institution has been doing exactly that for three generations. The broth runs deep, built from dozens of ingredients and finished with mung bean and pine nut purées that most places skip entirely. The young chicken falls clean from the bone. Locals from the neighborhood fill the room early, which is worth noting since the line outside grows fast.
