    Seorae Village's longest-running fine dining room, July centers its modern European tasting menu on Korean seasonal produce and fish, filtered through the chef's travels. The sauces are the thing to watch: classic French foundations pulled in unexpected directions by local ingredients. Wood tones and low light make it feel like a date spot that also happens to work for a business dinner, which is a harder trick than it sounds.
