A centuries-old printing house, lovingly restored and now running a Michelin-starred tasting menu in place of ink and type. The chef, Italian-born and of Vietnamese descent, works a modern Mediterranean line through five to seven courses, with local Swiss sourcing doing quiet but steady work underneath. The bar area handles aperitifs and nightcaps, and a sheltered courtyard terrace takes care of the rest.
