A classic brasserie in the grand hotel Les Trois Rois, it serves beef tartare and sole meunière alongside more contemporary plates, all framed by Rhine views and a wine list that leans hard into France and Switzerland. Sundays bring brunch; the room brings linen-and-leather polish.
