An open-air restaurant hidden inside a jungle resort up a dusty road, where overhead fans and misters keep both the guests and the greenery comfortable. The kitchen runs casual contemporary Mexican with Asian turns worked in, so the menu moves from guacamole garnished with flower petals to mango-dressed ceviche to al Pastor suckling pig. The setting does a lot of work, and the food seems to know it, arriving looking equally composed.
