French Fusion Japanese
Sixteen seats at a counter in a former industrial harbour, where two chefs talk you through nearly twenty courses of Japanese-French omakase while plating them inches from your face. Danish langoustine, Breton oyster, Breton this, Japanese that, it sounds like a geography lesson until a dish arrives and the argument ends. The room is young and loose for a Michelin-starred tasting menu, which is either a relief or suspicious, depending on your priors.
