A corner of the Gros district where a neighborhood bar became a casual bistro, run by three partners who came up through the Basque Culinary Center together. The cooking is contemporary Basque, leaning hard on vegetables from small local growers, with fish and meat rounding things out. You can eat at a proper table or pull up at the bar counter, which tends to fill first.
