Mauro Colagreco and his partner in beef bring cuts from four continents through a high-heat broiler, and chimichurri arrives like it means it. The room runs on Latin warmth and Parisian cool in roughly equal measure, and the Malbec list keeps pace. It holds a spot on the World's Best Steak Restaurants list.
