This is a fine dining restaurant inside the Milano Verticale hotel, run under Enrico Bartolini's umbrella with a resident chef whose roots in Puglia show up in unusually confident vegetable cookery and housemade bread. It holds a Michelin star. The cocktail list ventures well beyond the obligatory Negroni, which is either a bonus or a warning, depending on your evening.
