A wine bar in a glass-and-steel former industrial building in the Angus Shops district, Annette draws the kind of crowd that actually reads the by-the-glass list before ordering. The wine program is the draw, deep on both serious vintages and accessible finds, but the seasonal small plates are built to share and hold their own. The Michelin Guide recognized it with a Bib Gourmand.
