    Large bay windows frame the canal and gardens at this bright, spacious Indian restaurant inside Jumeirah Al Qasr. Chef Ritu Dalmia's menu roams the subcontinent, pulling regional classics into a contemporary register alongside dishes that lean more fusion. The room is pretty and the service genuinely warm, which in a resort of this scale feels less like a given than it should.
