This Latin Quarter bistro treats a weekday lunch as a three-hour, three-bottle affair, and nobody shows up with a table-turning stopwatch to stop you. The servers will happily discuss the weather that made your Beaujolais so good, then leave you alone. Tables are small enough that neighbors become co-managers of the chalkboard menu, and the three-course lunch runs €27. Bring friends who enjoy arguing about lentils.
