Perched at the end of a ski slope inside the CERVO Mountain Resort, this casual international restaurant earns a Michelin Bib Gourmand for a menu that zigzags from baba ganoush to dim sum to Tibetan momos without losing its footing. The kitchen skews vegetarian, the conservatory looks straight at the Matterhorn, and the eclectic decor is, per the name, for sale. Apres-ski, but make it global.
