An old wine cellar near rue Gabriel Péri, now a snug bistro run by two friends who trained with the Ducasse group. One cooks, the other steers a list of around a hundred carefully chosen bottles and keeps the room warm. The cooking is seasonal and quietly precise, the kind of place where the lunch menu is a genuine bargain and the short evening card changes with whatever the market offers that week.
