Bowmann is a boutique luxury hotel on Boulevard Haussmann, smaller and quieter than Paris's grand palace properties, which is either the point or the selling point depending on how you feel about marble lobbies the size of train stations. A Lacure Officine spa, a garden restaurant, and the Michelin Guide's attention round it out.
