The glass roof at the center of this boutique hotel came from the workshops of Gustave Eiffel, and his more famous project is visible from some of the rooms. The 8th arrondissement location puts you on foot to the Louvre, the Opéra, and the Champs-Élysées. Rooms lean toward cozy over grand, but the marble bathrooms and curtains that pool dramatically on the floor keep the mood firmly Haussmann. A champagne bar, spa, and a staff that actually remembers your name round it out.
