This is a Paris bistro of the old-school persuasion: mosaic floors, stone walls, white tablecloths, and a menu built around leek vinaigrette, onglet, and boudin noir. The stuffed cabbage is the house signature, a properly generous thing wrapped in a pale green leaf.
