Black walls, waxed concrete floors, and rock music at full volume set the mood for a 25-seat tasting menu restaurant in Le Plateau that treats dinner as theater. The seven-course menu, inspired by the seven deadly sins, shifts almost daily depending on what catches the chef's eye, with dishes that carry their own little narratives. It ranked 45th on Canada's 100 Best and holds a Michelin selection.
