Cappadocia Cave Suites

Some rooms here are carved into limestone that was old before anyone thought to put a door on it, others are stone-walled structures perched high enough to look out over the surreal Cappadocian landscape. It's a hotel where the setting does most of the talking, though Nana Cappadocia, the on-site restaurant, keeps up with contemporary Turkish cooking and local wine. The concierge can arrange a hot air balloon over the valley, which is either a cliché or a revelation depending on the morning.
