    A cave hotel in Göreme where the village streets run straight through the property rather than stopping at the gate, which tells you everything about the philosophy here. Fifty rooms spread across stone houses and actual cave spaces, no two the same shape. The restaurant terrace looks directly at the fairy chimneys, and below ground there's a pool carved into rock under vaulted arches. Minimal interiors, on purpose, because the geology is already doing the work.
