The team behind Capri Palace in Italy sets up shop in Zermatt each winter on the fourth floor of Le Petit Cervin, bringing a Michelin-starred Italian restaurant to the shadow of the Matterhorn. Warm wood and premium finishes keep things elegant without going cold. Go à la carte or pick from two set menus, one of them vegetarian. A window table gives you the Alps; the bar with an open fireplace gives you the aperitif you wanted anyway.
