CEBO is a fine-dining tasting-menu restaurant inside Hotel Urban, holding a Michelin star, where two chefs translate produce from their own vegetable garden and small producers into something quietly ambitious. The room is intimate and romantic in that way that makes you sit up a little straighter without feeling judged for it.
