On the seventh floor of the MOTTO boutique hotel, Chez Bernard is a French-leaning bistro with a lounge atmosphere that feels more "settle in" than "power through." The Michelin Bib Gourmand kitchen leans into old-school classics, the kind of menu where bouillabaisse and steak tartare are the whole point. One floor up, the rooftop terrace runs a shorter menu but adds a view over Vienna that makes the tradeoff easy.
