Choco
Andalusian
The tasting menus here are named after the chef's childhood neighborhood and himself, which tells you something about how personal this Michelin-starred restaurant gets. Kisko García's cooking draws on the flavors of the Valle de Los Pedroches, organic and seasonal, rooted in the Andalusia he grew up in. The minimalist room comes later; you start with an aperitif in the kitchen, which is a nice way to ease into the formality without pretending it isn't there.
