    Three cooking stations rise from the center of the dining room like a stage set, with tables arranged around them under drifting clouds of softly lit fixtures. This is a fine dining restaurant from the Torres twins, and it holds two Michelin stars and a spot on the World's 50 Best list. The menu leans into seasonal Mediterranean cooking with a light hand, and five sommeliers manage the wine cellar, which is either reassuring or mildly intimidating depending on your relationship with wine lists.
