Tucked into a courtyard off the main drag, this Oaxacan-inspired restaurant trades in deep red booths, coffered ceilings, and wrought-iron accents, with fire pits outside for fair-weather nights. The menu takes Oaxaca as its muse rather than its mandate, so the mole with smoked pork arrives as a build-your-own taco spread, tortillas fresh, slaw lightly pickled. The chocolate brownie, dark and dense with chili and cinnamon, closes things out properly.
