    Floor-to-ceiling glass on the 25th floor makes Bangkok's skyline do most of the decorating, while charcoal walls and an open kitchen keep things grounded. This is a Michelin-starred fine dining room working in close dialogue with Ciel Bleu in Amsterdam, blending French technique with Japanese sensibility across tasting menus named for air, earth, and water. Wear something you'd want to be photographed in; the room will make sure someone tries.
