    Tucked into an old Chiado building, this Michelin-starred tasting menu restaurant runs on a concept its French chef calls "Gravitational Taste," which sounds like physics homework until the food arrives and you stop caring. The interior is minimal and modern, with azulejo panels and geometric ceilings doing quiet historical duty. The cooking leans vegetable-forward, elegant, and precise, served across two tasting menus of eight or ten courses.
