    Perched on the old city walls of Palma, this boutique hotel was designed so every room faces the Mediterranean, which sounds like a promise hotels often break and Es Príncep does not. Dark wood, stone bathrooms with underfloor heating, and a rooftop infinity pool where locals arrive early to claim the good chaises at sunset. A subterranean spa, two restaurants, and a cocktail bar round things out. The Michelin Guide awarded it one Key.
