A modern vegetarian restaurant in Leça da Palmeira where the room, all wood, burnt cement, and marble, looks like someone actually thought it through. The chef reworks classic Portuguese dishes without meat, including a meatless take on caldeirada, the seafood stew that most Portuguese cooks would consider non-negotiable. Nothing goes to waste, stems and leaves included, which sounds like a manifesto but mostly just means the food is more interesting than you'd expect.
