    Six dining rooms inside the Hôtel de la Monnaie, with windows that look straight out over the Seine, hung with contemporary art on loan from François Pinault. This is grand French fine dining with two Michelin stars, the kind where the tablecloths have opinions. Guy Savoy has been at this long enough to have a "legendary" dish on the menu, and the room carries that weight without apology.
