A modern Korean restaurant in a quiet Shibuya backstreet, where the chef runs Western technique through the flavors of his Korean upbringing. The banchan spread alone spans sixteen small dishes, and the ganjang-gejang, a sauce-marinated blue crab, is dialed back just enough for the subtleties to register. The room is the kind of place that makes you feel like you found something before everyone else did, which of course you didn't.
