    Concrete-clad villas open onto private jungle gardens with hammocks and plunge pools, and the hotel gently nudges you to skip the AC and lean into the Tulum heat. This boutique resort on the forested west side threads a familiar needle: real atmosphere, real comfort. The spa blends Maya and Buddhist traditions, including a shaman-led Temazcal sweat lodge, which either sounds like exactly your thing or a polite way to ruin a Tuesday.
