The menu changes completely with each visit, by design, so regulars can't fall back on a favorite order. This Japanese kaiseki restaurant on the second floor in Sonezakishinchi weaves in Western vegetables and French techniques without losing its footing in Japanese sensibilities. Kelp-cured tsukuri and shaved-ice desserts built around fruits and vegetables give a sense of the range. It holds a Michelin star.
