    A former school of architecture on a quiet street off Via del Corso, this Forbes Five Star boutique hotel looks more like a tucked-away townhouse than anything that would charge what it charges. Inside, jewel tones and midcentury modern furniture share space with gilded moldings and ornate Roman detailing. The guest-only living room and library make it feel less like a hotel and more like staying in someone's very well-appointed palazzo.
