    A Tang dynasty poem about early spring lent this Cantonese restaurant its name, and a plum blossom chandelier quietly makes the case on the 37th floor of the Four Seasons Osaka. The Hong Kong-born chef keeps to traditional Cantonese technique, prix fixe at dinner and dim sum served the proper way, at lunch only. The cityscape sprawls below in every direction, which helps explain why reservations are not exactly easy to come by.
