    This is a seafood restaurant on the East Coast Park strip, where the main event is chili crab in a tomato sauce that leans sweet and tart rather than fiery. Fried mantou buns are there to mop it up, and you'll be glad of them, because forks are for people who haven't committed. Expect a sea breeze, a table that ends up looking like a crime scene, and a bill that's mid-range until you start choosing crab grades.
