The team came up through the food truck circuit and landed here with roast duck, char siu, and crispy pork sold by the pound or over steamed rice. Dim sum rounds out the menu, and the fried mochi pork dumpling has a faint sweetness that earns its place. The Michelin Guide lists it among its selected restaurants.
