The sign hanging beside the entrance curtain was written by their father, a calligrapher's blessing on the whole enterprise. This intimate Chinese restaurant in Nakagyo is a family project in the most literal sense: two brothers, one kitchen, one counter where you can watch Peking duck hit a sizzling pan from arm's length. The elder cooks, the younger pours, and the name itself splits between them.
